One of the very few stores I've ever been in where I felt like I was already a friend or family member. The service is top notch. I've dealt with Bill everytime I've visited and he a pleasure to work with. He spent over an hour helping me choose products one day, as I am new to the detailing world. He is transparent and tells you what works best for your needs. He knows his products and have many many years experience. Thank you again Bill!!!

The team over at Detailing World are such great people, whether it's for prompt product distribution (mind you our shop is an hour away), product knowledge, or customer service, these people are world class. Larry and Bruce have played a big role in taking Evolution Auto Spa to the next level with their constant introduction of the latest and greatest detailing and ceramic coatings on the market today. Their store in Springfield is extremely well designed and always clean, they operate just like we do, with honesty and integrity. Never been here in person but every time I order online the delivery is quick and on time. Great high quality products you won’t find in autozone and if you catch a sale really great prices. And when I call on the phone for a question they’re very knowledgeable. Recommended!

First and foremost thank you Pete. People please don’t go in there asking for a discount... support small businesses!!! This store is loaded with anything a detailer needs. From chemicals and polishing machines to bottle holders and brushes. The waiting area looks like a living room. This place is awesome I will be back.

Detailing World NJ has incredible customer service - super polite, fast to respond, and genuinely helpful. Once issues were sorted, my order shipped immediately and arrived quickly. It’s rare to find a company this efficient and easy to work with. The communication was clear, consistent, and always courteous. I felt like a valued customer, not just another order. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back and recommend them to anyone looking to top off their detailing supplies and for top-tier service.

Had a great experience with Detailing World NJ. Raph and the whole team were super friendly and welcoming. When I saw my car after the exterior and interior mobile detail, I legit couldn’t believe it was mine - I’d never seen it that clean before! Definitely coming back again and already telling my friends where to go for mobile detailing
